Awildan’s first Single Cask whisky is bottled from a single 53 gallon barrel. Made from 100% peated malted barley, distilled in Awildan’s traditional copper pot still, and aged over 4 years in an ex-bourbon barrel. The low phenol content (20-25ppm) results in a subtle, floral smoke with honey and banana bread sweetness. Bottled at cask strength, 66.3% ABV.
