Barreled Genever

Awildan’s Barreled Genever is a spirit made from malted barley, and distilled with juniper, coriander, angelica root, cassia bark, grains of paradise, lemon peel, orris root, black cardamom, mace, gentian root, and birch bark. It then spent more than 10 months in an ex-bourbon cask.
The single malt whiskey base spirit shines through, with additional sweetness from the white oak barrel. Juniper, floral notes, and orange citrus sit atop, lending complexity that continues long into the finish.
51.5% alc. by vol.
